每種刪除會移除什麼
一段對話會移除其訊息與附加的檔案。附加到對話的檔案是為了讓該對話可以使用它們，因此當對話刪除時，這些檔案也會一併移除。
一個專案會移除該專案及其檔案記錄。其中的對話會被保留，並移出該專案。
一個分享連結會停止運作。對話本身會保留在原處。
一個帳號會移除帳號、您的使用與帳單記錄、您的通知，以及任何為改善模型而收集的樣本。如果您希望對話、專案檔案或記憶也一併消失，請先自行刪除這些內容。
時間
您從介面進行的刪除會立即生效。帳號刪除會立即從作用中系統移除帳號，並在備份的正常輪替時從備份中移除。發票會依法律要求保留作為財務記錄。
我們為您處理的請求
如果您無法自行完成匯出或刪除，或您是代表他人並獲得其授權提出請求，請透過如何取得支援與我們聯絡，並使用帳號上的電子郵件。我們在採取行動前可能需要驗證您的身分。
組織
組織成員以相同方式匯出與刪除自己的資料。組織管理員還可以額外移除共享記憶，並透過 SCIM 停用帳號。刪除組織是擁有者的操作，需透過支援安排。
