你在聊天中上傳的檔案會發生什麼事
Dropstone 會從附加到對話的圖片或文件中保留哪些內容、哪些格式會保留原始檔案、哪些只保留文字、在臨時聊天、共用對話和匯出中會發生什麼事。

將檔案附加到對話中，系統會讀取該檔案，並保留足夠的內容供對話持續使用。保留的內容取決於格式，而且 並非每個檔案都會保留原始檔。
上傳後會保留什麼
- 檔案內部的文字。 每種文件格式都會轉換為文字，而該文字會與訊息一起儲存，這樣第五輪的問題仍然可以根據第一輪附加的檔案來回答。
- 一個小縮圖，僅限圖片，這樣訊息會顯示圖片而非檔名標籤，包括重新整理之後。
- 原始檔案本身，適用於三種格式：試算表、圖片和 Word 文件。這些是 Dropstone 可以直接編輯的格式，而編輯需要原始檔，因此會保留。請參閱編輯附加的 Word 或 Excel 檔案。
PDF、簡報或純文字檔案只會保留其文字。 檔案本身會被讀取、轉換，但不會被儲存。這就是這個頁面存在所要回答的問題。
儲存在哪裡
儲存的原始檔位於 Dropstone 自己的檔案儲存空間中，以從你的帳戶衍生的金鑰來定址。該金鑰無法從檔案識別碼猜測出來，因此上傳的檔案只能透過你的帳戶存取。
下載連結是在你要求時產生的，並在不久後過期，這就是為什麼已編輯檔案上的下載卡片每次點擊時都會要求新的連結，而不是持有一個固定的連結。
臨時聊天
在無痕聊天中，對話不會儲存到你的歷史記錄中，但上傳的檔案在你使用期間仍然必須存在。它帶有 24 小時的期限，之後就無法再存取。如果 Dropstone 在該處編輯了檔案，卡片會明確說明：
臨時聊天：24 小時後刪除。請下載以保留它。
共用對話
共用對話會攜帶附件的標籤和縮圖，但絕不會攜帶檔案的內容，也不會提供任何存取已儲存檔案的方式。接收者可以看到附加了文件及其名稱；但他們無法從共用中讀取或下載該文件。
匯出中的檔案
對話匯出包含 Dropstone 從每個附件中擷取的文字和縮圖，但不包含原始檔案。上傳到專案的檔案會以其名稱和大小匯出，不包含內容。
如果你需要檔案本身，你已經有了：那就是你附加的那個檔案。
