保留的內容
兩種類型的條目，以不同方式刻意保存：
- 規則。 您希望事情如何完成。規則會套用於每項任務，這就是為什麼錯誤的規則會造成影響。
- 事實。 關於您或您工作的真實資訊，僅在與您正在進行的事務相關時才會被喚起。
學習到的知識與它們並列：當您要求 Dropstone 閱讀頁面、論文或參考資料並保留所學內容時，它會以相同方式儲存。請參閱 Dropstone 如何記住您。
您
查看。 詢問 Dropstone「你記得關於我的什麼？」它會列出所有內容，或在 CLI 中開啟 /memory，它會先顯示規則（標示為套用於每項任務），然後顯示事實。
刪除。 在該 CLI 清單中，對條目按 x。或要求 Dropstone 忘記某件事，它會找到該條目並移除。如果伺服器拒絕，CLI 會如實說明，而不是假裝成功：「無法忘記該條目。它仍在套用中。」請參閱 變更或忘記記憶。
分享。 記憶最初僅對您私人可見。只有其作者能從撰寫該記憶的工作階段中，將其分享給團隊或整個組織。沒有人能代替您分享您的記憶。
Dropstone
代理程式在工作時會記錄：當您糾正它、拒絕某種方法或陳述偏好時，它會保存這些內容。當它再次遇到相同情況時，會合併重複內容，而不是儲存第二份副本。
它絕不會自行遺忘任何內容。 其指令明確：僅在有人要求時才遺忘，絕不依自身判斷。刪除是您需要提出的請求。
您的組織
如果您將記憶分享給團隊或組織，管理員可以將其從共享清單中撤回。撤回不等於刪除：該條目會以私人形式返回給您，您可以再次分享。您保持私人的記憶，組織中的任何人都無法撤回、讀取或列出。
Dropstone 員工
從 Dropstone 方面沒有任何途徑可以進入您的記憶。它不屬於支援存取的一部分，也不屬於組織的資料控制範圍：內容記錄涵蓋對話，而非記憶。請參閱 組織如何管理其資料。
如何再次找到它
規則會套用於每項任務，無需搜尋。事實是依意義而非關鍵字找到的，因此「那位週二截止日期的客戶」可以喚起您寫下的「Acme 在週二出貨」事實。
