管理員在共用聊天中可以看到什麼
在共用對話中，擁有者可以開啟活動紀錄，查看誰加入、誰瀏覽、誰傳送了什麼、誰留言、什麼變更了，以及何時發生。紀錄了什麼，以及沒有紀錄什麼。
Available onFreeProMaxEnterprise聊天中的每個人都以自己的帳號登入。
在共用對話中，擁有者會被標記為管理員，其他人則是編輯者或檢視者。管理員可以開啟成員並閱讀活動頁面：該聊天中發生過的事件紀錄。
紀錄包含什麼
每個事件一行，最新的在最上方，每一行都標明人物和時間：

引號內的部分是簡短的摘要，是開頭幾個字，而不是整則訊息。紀錄是事件發生的記錄，不是對話的第二份副本。
沒有紀錄什麼
- 重點標示。 標記一段文字本身不會成為一筆紀錄。如果重點標示附有備註，該備註會以留言的形式出現。
- 標籤和標記。 這裡不會紀錄這些。
- 訊息的編輯。 編輯自己的訊息不會成為一筆紀錄。追蹤器的變更會，因為追蹤器是聊天中的共用物件，而不是某個人的訊息。
誰可以查看
只有管理員。 編輯者和檢視者在對話中工作時看不到紀錄，活動頁面也完全不會顯示給他們。
共用聊天中的每個人在閱讀時本來就能看到誰說了什麼：訊息帶有作者、留言有署名、重點標示帶有顏色和作者。紀錄補充了轉錄稿中看不到的事件：誰在何時開啟了聊天、誰變更了角色、誰被移除，以及追蹤器中有什麼變更。
