Dropstone 如何在組織中累積學習
組織教給 Dropstone 的內容會留存、屬於該組織，並會被所有與其分享的人員喚回使用。它能跨越模型更迭而持續存在、可完整匯出，且絕不會用於訓練 Dropstone 的模型。
租用的模型對每個人都給出相同的回答，且會在對話結束的瞬間遺忘一切。而運行在 Dropstone 上的組織最終會得到截然不同的成果：一個了解您組織工作的助理，而它對這些工作的知識屬於您所有。
什麼會累積
每一次修正都會留存。 只要修正一次慣例、流程或事實，它就會成為記憶，並套用在下一個任務及之後的每個任務上。沒有任何事需要被重複解釋兩次。
共享記憶使其成為組織的資產。 記憶起初是私有的。其作者可以將它分享給單一團隊或整個組織，從那之後，它就會被喚回至同事的對話中，並標註原作者的姓名。請參閱 團隊與組織中的記憶。
它能跨越模型更迭而持續存在。 記憶屬於帳戶，而非某個等級背後的模型。當某個等級升級到更新的模型時，您組織教給 Dropstone 的一切仍然存在，因此模型的改進是疊加在既有記憶之上，而非取代它。
新成員能直接繼承。 那些慣例、決策及其背後的原因，以及人們用慘痛經驗換來的領悟，在第一天就存在於組織的記憶中，而不是只存在於某個人的腦海裡。
您的資料始終屬於您
這是您的紀錄，不是我們的。 您組織教給 Dropstone 的內容，以及它為稽核而記錄的內容，都是為您保存、並可由您讀取的。請參閱 組織如何管理其資料。
您可以帶走全部資料。 對話存檔會以 JSONL 格式匯出，這是微調管線可讀取的格式。記憶、對話與帳戶資料可分別匯出。請參閱 匯出與刪除您的資料。
您可以用它來訓練，我們不行。 組織可以自由取得該匯出檔，並用它來微調自己的模型。Dropstone 完全不會使用組織資料進行訓練：組織帳戶在任何設定下都會被所有收集路徑拒絕。請參閱 您的資料是否會被用於訓練模型？。
每個動作都可追溯。 變更資料設定會寫入稽核日誌，並附上您的姓名。讀取存檔會寫入一筆記錄，標明讀取者及其查閱的內容。稽核日誌無法被任何人編輯或刪除。
不會發生的事
Dropstone 不會為您的對話評分或打分數，不會從您組織的工作中建立資料集，也不會讀取您組織的對話或記憶。這些不是需要您去尋找並關閉的設定。對組織而言，它們在系統中根本不存在。
