Calls and recordings

Give Dropstone a call to make, and the limits it may act within. Anything outside them is held for your approval, and every call comes back as one card in the chat with a recording in Settings.

While Dropstone is on a call, a call panel opens beside the chat: the status, live captions of what each side is saying, the full transcript, and the summary and recording when it ends.

Share the chat a call happened in and the link carries the call, its summary, and the transcript. The audio goes only if you include it, and hiding sensitive information replaces numbers and addresses with censor bars.

Every call Dropstone makes on your behalf is recorded. Where the recordings are listed, how to play one back, download it, or delete it, and what a shared chat carries.
