Call recordings
Every call Dropstone makes on your behalf is recorded. Where the recordings are listed, how to play one back, download it, or delete it, and what a shared chat carries.
Available onFreeProMaxEnterpriseFor accounts that can make calls.
Every call Dropstone makes on your behalf is recorded, so you can hear what was actually said rather than relying on the summary.
Where they are
- Open Settings and choose Recordings.
- Each entry shows the number called, the date, and the length. Play it back, or use the download button to keep a copy.
- To remove one, use the delete button on its row and confirm.
A call with no recording does not appear in the list.
In a shared chat
A recording is not shared with a chat link unless you say so, and hiding sensitive information drops the audio entirely. Share a call covers the switches; if a chat was shared before the call happened, refresh the link to include it.
