How do I report a reply or a shared chat?
Two routes for telling Dropstone something is wrong: the thumbs down under any reply in your own chat, with an optional issue type and details, and the Report button on a shared chat link, which needs no account. What each one sends, and who reads it.
There are two routes, and they go to different places.
A reply in your own chat. Every reply carries a thumbs down under it, marked Bad response. Choosing it opens a short form: an optional issue type, and an optional box for details. The issue types include Overactive refusal, Not factually correct, Did not fully follow my request, Report content, and Not in keeping with Dropstone's guidelines. The form states what submitting sends: the entire conversation, not just the reply, for improving the models. Choosing the same thumb again takes the rating back.
A shared chat. A public link carries a Report button that works without an account, with reasons that include copyright and trademark infringement, child safety, fraud, and a breach of the terms. It reaches our team by email. Share a conversation has the steps.
Your feedback is tied to your account, which is what lets us follow up on it. Incognito chats do not offer the thumbs: feedback carries a copy of the conversation with it, and an incognito chat is not kept. See Incognito chats.
