导出和删除您的数据
如何获取 Dropstone 为您保存的所有数据的副本，以及如何删除这些数据。对话导出、记忆、项目文件、CLI 历史记录和账户删除，集中在一处。

您可以获取数据的副本，也可以删除数据。本页面汇总了实现这两种操作的所有途径，因为它们分散在几个不同的位置。
导出

删除

每次删除会移除什么
一个对话会移除其消息和附加到该对话的文件。附加到对话的文件是为了该对话能够使用它们而存在的，因此它们会随对话一起被删除。
一个项目会移除该项目及其文件记录。其中的对话会被保留，并移出该项目。
一个共享链接会停止工作。对话本身仍保留在原处。
一个账户会移除该账户、您的使用和账单记录、您的通知，以及为改进模型而收集的任何样本。如果您希望您的对话、项目文件或记忆也被删除，请先自行删除这些内容。
时间安排
您从界面执行的删除操作会立即对您生效。账户删除会立即将账户从活跃系统中移除，并按照常规轮换从备份中移除。发票作为财务记录会按照法律要求保留。

组织
组织的成员以相同方式导出和删除自己的数据。组织管理员还可以额外移除共享记忆，并通过 SCIM 停用账户。删除组织是所有者操作，需通过支持渠道安排。
