开启内容记录
所有者如何为组织开启完整内容记录、确认对话框的含义、如何告知成员，以及如何再次关闭。
Available onFreeProMaxEnterprise只有所有者可以更改此设置。
完整内容记录会保存成员发送的内容以及模型的回复，以便组织拥有自己的工作记录。除非你主动开启，否则该功能默认关闭。
开启方法
- 在仪表盘中打开你的组织，然后进入数据。
- 在内容记录下，选择完整内容。
- 确认对话框。其中明确说明管理员将能够阅读成员的提示词和回复，并且必须告知成员。
- 告知你的成员。确认对话框即表示你同意履行这一告知义务。
该设置会记录在你的审计日志中，并附上你的名字，确认操作也会一并记录。
记录的内容
- 每位成员发送的内容，以及模型的回复。
- 消息来自哪个客户端、由哪个模型回答，以及发生的时间。
- 消息是否因长度限制而被截断以适配记录。
记录从你开启的那一刻开始。在此之前的内容不存在，因此无法记录。
不记录的内容
- 图片。 包含图片的消息会记录文本内容，并注明图片未被存储。
- 上传的文件。 文件本身永远不会包含在记录中。请参阅聊天中上传的文件会怎样。
- 指令和工具输出。 仅记录成员的发言和模型的回复。
- 记忆。 成员教给 Dropstone 的内容是独立的，不会因该设置而暴露。
临时聊天在设置开启期间也会被记录。受监管的组织不能存在让成员绕过监管的渠道，应用会在临时聊天本身中注明：“不会保存到你的历史记录，但组织会记录此账户上的对话。”
谁可以查看
所有者、安全角色和审计员。管理员被有意排除在外，以确保负责员工入职的人员无法读取员工所写的内容。查看行为本身也会被记录：每次查看和每次导出都会写入一条审计条目，注明查看者、筛选条件和搜索内容。

关闭方法
在同一页面上选择元数据或无。从那一刻起，不再写入新内容。
已记录的内容仍受上方数据保留设置的管理，该设置决定内容在删除前保留的时间。如果你希望现有记录更快清除，也可以同时调低保留期限。
