Your dashboard
The Dropstone dashboard at dropstone.io is where you see your usage, manage your plan and billing, change settings, control privacy, redeem gifts, and, for organizations, manage members and teams.
Your dashboard is at dropstone.io/dashboard. Chat and the dashboard share a session, so if you are signed in to one you are signed in to the other.
What is here
Usage. How much of this week's allowance you have used, broken down by day, surface, and model, and when the window resets. See Usage and analytics.
Billing. Your plan, invoices, payment method, and every subscription change: upgrade, downgrade, monthly or annual, cancel. See Manage your subscription.
Settings. Your username, notification preferences, active sessions, API keys for the SDK, and account deletion.
Privacy. What Dropstone does with your data, and the controls you have over it. See Privacy controls.
Gifts. Redeem a gift code, or see gifts you have bought. See Gift a subscription.
Updates. What has changed recently across Dropstone.
Organization. If you are an owner or admin of an organization: members, teams, shared memory, SSO, and SCIM. See Dropstone for teams and organizations.
Sessions
Settings lists every device and browser currently signed in to your account, with when each was last active. You can sign out any one of them, or all of them at once. If you see a session you do not recognize, sign it out and change your password if you use one.
API keys
Settings is where you create keys for the SDK and direct API use. A key is shown once when created. You can name keys, see when each was last used, and revoke any of them. See Using the API with your plan.
Not on the dashboard
Your memory is not managed from the dashboard. Ask Dropstone directly, in any conversation, to see it or change it. See See what Dropstone has learned.
Conversations and projects live in Dropstone Chat. Export of that data is from Chat's settings; see Export and delete your data.
