Usage and analytics
The usage page in your Dropstone dashboard shows how much of your weekly allowance you have used, by day, by surface, and by model, plus how much prompt caching has saved you.
The Usage page of your dashboard is the full picture of what you have used and when it resets.
This week
The top of the page shows the current window: how much of the allowance is used, how much remains, and the exact time it resets. The window is a rolling seven days from your first request after the previous reset, so the time shown is specific to you. See How usage and limits work.
Breakdowns
By day. A chart of usage across the window, so you can see which days were heavy.
By surface. How much came from chat, the CLI, and the SDK. Useful for noticing that most of your allowance is going somewhere you did not expect.
By model. How much each of Fast, Pro, and Heavy accounted for. Heavy costs more per request, so a small number of Heavy tasks can be a large share of the total. See Choose a model.
Cache savings
Dropstone reuses the unchanged part of a long conversation between one request and the next rather than processing it again. The usage page shows how much that saved you this week, so you can see the benefit of keeping a conversation going rather than restarting it with the same context.
History
Past windows are listed below the current one, so you can compare weeks.
Organizations
An organization admin sees usage for the whole organization, broken down by member and by team, on the organization's dashboard. Individual members see only their own.
In the product
You do not have to open the dashboard to check. Dropstone Chat shows your remaining allowance in the interface, and the CLI shows it in its footer. Both link to this page when you are close to the limit.
