통화 녹음
Dropstone이 대신하는 모든 통화는 녹음됩니다. 녹음 파일이 표시되는 위치, 재생·다운로드·삭제 방법, 공유 채팅에 포함되는 내용을 설명합니다.
Available onFreeProMaxEnterprise통화를 걸 수 있는 계정에 해당합니다.
Dropstone이 대신하는 모든 통화는 녹음되므로, 요약에 의존하지 않고 실제로 오간 대화를 들을 수 있습니다.
녹음 파일 위치
- 설정을 열고 녹음을 선택합니다.
- 각 항목에는 걸려온 번호, 날짜, 통화 시간이 표시됩니다. 재생하거나 다운로드 버튼을 사용해 사본을 보관할 수 있습니다.
- 삭제하려면 해당 행의 삭제 버튼을 누르고 확인합니다.
녹음이 없는 통화는 목록에 표시되지 않습니다.
공유 채팅에서
녹음은 사용자가 직접 공유하지 않는 한 채팅 링크에 포함되지 않으며, 민감한 정보를 숨기면 오디오가 완전히 제외됩니다. 통화 공유에서 관련 설정을 다룹니다. 통화가 이루어지기 전에 채팅이 공유된 경우, 링크를 새로고침하면 녹음이 포함됩니다.
