Dropstone이 대신 걸어주는 전화
Dropstone에 전화를 걸어 달라고 요청하고, 그것이 작동할 수 있는 범위를 지정하세요. 범위를 벗어나는 모든 것은 승인을 위해 보류되며, 모든 통화는 채팅의 카드 하나로 돌아오고 녹음은 설정에 저장됩니다.
Dropstone은 테이블 예약, 주문 상태 확인, 공급업체에 질문하기 등 여러분을 대신해 전화를 걸 수 있습니다. 실제 번호로 걸리는 실제 통화이며, 상대방은 실제 사람입니다.
무엇을 제공해야 하나
통화에는 작업 이상의 것이 필요합니다. Dropstone은 통화 중에 여러분에게 물어볼 수 없는 맥락을 파악합니다:
- 누구에게 전화를 거는지, 무엇에 대해 전화하는지
- 무엇이 필요할 수 있는지: 제공할 이름, 인원 수, 날짜와 시간, 예산, 대체 옵션
- 의사 결정 권한: 혼자 동의할 수 있는 것과 절대 동의해서는 안 되는 것
여러분이 부여한 권한을 절대 넘어서지 않습니다. 유일한 옵션이 여러분의 한도를 벗어난다면, 상대방에게 잠시 기다려 달라고 요청하고 여러분에게 돌아옵니다.
보류된 옵션과 승인
보류된 옵션은 명확하게 보고됩니다: 무엇이 제안되었는지, 그리고 여러분이 허용한 것과 어떻게 다른지. 결정은 여러분의 몫입니다. 수락하면 Dropstone이 짧은 후속 통화를 걸어 확인하고, 거절하면 그대로 놓아둡니다.
여러분이 설정한 한도 밖에서는 여러분의 이름으로 어떤 것도 동의되지 않으며, 어떤 것도 조용히 동의되지 않습니다.
통화 후
각 통화는 채팅에서 고유한 카드로 표시되며, 통화가 진행되는 동안 대화 옆에 통화 패널이 열려 양측의 실시간 자막이 표시됩니다. 통화가 끝나면 카드와 패널에 말한 내용과 결정된 사항의 요약이 표시되고, 대화 내용과 녹음도 함께 제공됩니다. 통화가 진행되는 동안 보기를 참조하세요.
오디오는 녹음되며, 녹음은 설정의 녹음 아래에 나열되어 재생하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 통화 녹음을 참조하세요.
채팅이 공유된 경우, 통화 녹음 포함을 켜지 않는 한 오디오는 공유되지 않으며, 민감한 정보 숨기기는 통화 전체에서 번호와 주소를 숨깁니다. 통화 공유를 참조하세요.
