角色與權限
Dropstone 組織中的六種角色、每種角色可執行的操作、為何閱讀成員對話刻意不是管理員權限、管理員如何任命，以及金色驗證標章代表的意義。
一個組織有六種角色。角色決定一個人在組織儀表板中能看見和變更的內容，而角色之間的劃分是刻意設計的，而非階梯式的晉升。
六種角色

這六種角色是隨產品出廠的預設。若組織規模大到需要不同的劃分，可以提出要求：額外角色可依需求新增，而可新增的內容取決於組織規模。聯絡我們，我們會告訴您有哪些可能性。
角色卡片
主控台側邊欄中您姓名旁的組織標記，會以卡片形式開啟您的角色。它會以業界通用的方式命名角色、說明角色的用途，並逐節列出可執行的操作：

這份清單與主控台強制執行的權限模型相同，因此卡片不能宣稱角色擁有超出其實際的權限。管理代表變更，檢視代表閱讀，而無存取權代表該角色無法觸及該區塊。最後一行說明角色如何持有，以及它在每個請求上都會被強制執行。
兩個值得了解的區隔
閱讀成員對話不是管理員權限。 它屬於擁有者、安全角色和稽核員。負責引導員工入職的人，不是能閱讀他們所寫內容的人，而這正是重點。
帳務與政策不成對出現。 帳務角色可以查看發票和席位，但無法觸及模型或連接器允許清單，因為那是不同類型的決策。
稽核員可以閱讀儀表板中的一切內容，但被禁止寫入任何內容。
任命管理員
擁有者從成員中新增人員並設定其角色。所有權不是您可以邀請他人進入的：所有權是轉移的，而非邀請的，而轉移是現任擁有者刻意的行為。
驗證標章
經 Dropstone 審查並核准的組織會帶有金色驗證標章。它聲明該組織已通過審查，而非其提出的任何特定主張為真。
標章跟隨組織，而非個人。在您的姓名旁，它表示您隸屬於已驗證的組織；在組織旁，它表示該組織已驗證。它出現在組織自身標記的旁邊，而兩者傳達不同的訊息：

About verification它顯示隸屬於 Blankline，因為這個聲明是關於組織，而非關於您：已驗證組織的成員是已確認的成員，而非已驗證的個人。
當標章遺失時
標章在組織活躍且沒有任何暫停事項時顯示：請求正常提供服務，且擁有者擁有完整控制權。當以下任一情況成立時，標章會被移除：
- 組織不活躍。 暫停、中止、取消和終止都會移除標章，且請求會同時停止。組織狀態：每種狀態的含義說明每種狀態以及如何解除。
- 網域尚未驗證。 標章聲明網域屬於該公司，因此未經檢查的網域就沒有可聲明的內容。
- 組織未簽訂企業協議。
如果您預期看到標章但它不在那裡，請檢查儀表板中的組織狀態：封鎖畫面會列出狀態、原因和起始時間。然後寫信至 enterprise@blankline.org。
暫停和中止可以申請複審，標章會隨存取權一起恢復。取消和終止會結束協議，因此沒有複審可以逆轉它們。
