您的組織儀表板各區塊的內容，從成員與團隊到用量、帳單、政策、稽核日誌與對話封存。以及誰能看到哪些部分。

您的組織位於 dropstone.io/org/<your-company>。這裡是組織的管理中心，而 每個人看到的內容取決於他們的角色，而不是取決於他們要求什麼。

最常被詢問的三個區塊
用量 顯示計數與成本，絕不顯示任何人的工作內容，無論記錄設定為何。請參閱 每個請求會記錄什麼。
對話 是封存區，除非擁有者開啟內容記錄，否則它是空的。能讀取的人員範圍刻意設得很窄。請參閱 讀取與匯出對話封存。
資料 是三個決定保留內容的設定所在之處，而對這些設定的每一項變更都會寫入稽核日誌。請參閱 組織如何管理其資料。
品牌設定
資料 區塊中有一個 品牌設定 區段，擁有者在此上傳組織的標誌：方形標誌用於方框位置（側邊欄、頭像），橫向文字標誌用於線條形位置（頁首、電子郵件橫幅）。您的標誌會取代整個主控台中的 Dropstone 標誌，並出現在邀請電子郵件與您的登入頁面上。
它們會出現在哪裡：方形標誌是成員在側邊欄與設定中，自己名字旁邊看到的圖示；文字標誌則代表組織名稱，顯示在主控台頂端。
每個欄位只接受它能使用的形狀，所以是兩張圖片，而不是一張圖片兩種尺寸。在上傳標誌之前，組織名稱會單獨顯示。
不包含哪些內容
您自己的對話、檔案與私人記憶。這些屬於建立它們的人，儀表板不會顯示它們。唯一的例外是封存區，它會在組織要求時記錄成員對話，而且只有擁有者、安全角色與稽核人員能讀取。
