組織稽核日誌

組織中的每項管理操作都會被記錄：誰執行了操作、做了什麼、何時執行，以及是否成功。日誌位於儀表板中的稽核。

內容包含什麼

• 誰做了變更，以及何時。
• 變更了什麼：成員的角色、政策、資料設定、共用或撤回的記憶、封存讀取。
• 結果如何：成功、拒絕或失敗。

日誌也帶有風險標記和結果，因此安全審查可以篩選出值得關注的操作，而不必閱讀所有內容。

讀取日誌

依操作、風險和結果篩選，並將範圍縮小到過去 24 小時、7 天、30 天、90 天或全部時間。然後將您所查看的內容匯出為 CSV 或 JSON。

匯出的內容與您看到的列相同，這使其可作為證據使用，而非僅是證據的摘要。

沒有人可以編輯

主控台明確說明：這裡無法編輯或刪除任何列，而且永遠不會有這樣的功能。可變更的稽核日誌就不是稽核日誌。

這也是日誌不受組織保留期限限制的原因。保留期限決定對話、遙測和使用記錄的保存時間。而操作記錄則在協議有效期內持續保存。請參閱組織如何管理其資料。

讀取行為也會被稽核

除了設定之外，還有兩件事值得了解：

• 讀取對話封存會寫入一筆記錄，包含讀取者的名稱、他們篩選的條件，以及他們搜尋的內容。成員可以看到他們的對話被記錄，以及記錄被讀取。請參閱讀取和匯出對話封存。
• 變更資料設定會記錄變更者的姓名，啟用內容記錄時的確認動作也會被記錄。

誰可以讀取

管理組織的角色可以讀取日誌，而稽核員角色正是為此而存在：它可以讀取儀表板中的所有內容，但不變更任何項目，這正是外部審查者或內部控制團隊通常需要的。
