将PDF、Word文档、Excel工作簿、演示文稿、CSV、Markdown和图片附加到对话中。扫描的PDF通过OCR读取。支持的格式、限制以及内容如何到达Dropstone。
使用编辑器中的回形针附加文件，或将其拖入对话中。Dropstone会读取它，你可以询问它、修改它，或基于它构建内容。

每个附加的文件在编辑器中显示为一个标签，按类型编号：[PDF 1]、[Excel 1]、[Image 2]。你可以在消息中以这种方式引用它们。
扫描的PDF
如果PDF是扫描件，即没有文本层的页面图像，则会通过光学字符识别进行读取。你可以像询问其他文档一样询问它。扫描文档最多处理30页。
文件内容如何到达Dropstone
文档格式在发送前会转换为文本，因此Dropstone基于Word文件或电子表格的实际内容工作，而不是基于其描述。电子表格保留其结构：工作表、行和列，包括单元格中存储的超链接。
图片以图片形式发送。Dropstone可以读取截图中的文本、描述图表，或基于设计原型工作。
使用附加文件可以做什么
- 询问它。 总结它、从中提取数字、查找条款，或与其他附件进行比较。
- 修改它。 Word文档或Excel工作簿可以就地编辑，保留其格式。请参阅编辑附加的Word或Excel文件。
- 基于它构建内容。 请求根据文件中的内容生成PDF、Word文档、电子表格或演示文稿。请参阅创建PDF、Word、Excel或PowerPoint文件。
附件在对话的其余部分保持可用，因此无需重新附加即可提出后续问题。
对话中的文件与项目中的文件
附加到消息的文件仅在该对话中可用。
上传到项目的文件在项目内的每个对话中均可用，无需重新附加。对于你会反复使用的参考资料，请将其放入项目中。
限制
存在每个文件的大小限制，以及单个对话历史中可同时存在的图片数量限制。如果达到任一限制，Dropstone会告知你具体是哪一个。对于包含大量截图的对话，最旧的图片会被搁置，以便对话继续；如果Dropstone需要，它会要求你重新附加。
隐私
上传的文件与你的账户一起存储，以便对话可以继续使用它们。它们不属于Dropstone的记忆的一部分：它从文件中学习的内容可以成为经验，但文件本身不会。请参阅Dropstone如何处理你的数据。
在隐身聊天中，附加的文件仅用于该对话。
