每行中的第一种格式是该类内容的默认格式；其他格式在你需要时可用。
一次回复生成多个文件
一个请求可以生成多个文件。要求三个版本的一页纸，你会得到三个，每个都有各自的下载。当回复包含多个文件时，全部导出为 zip 可一起下载。
电子表格的工作方式相同：要求每个工作表一个 CSV，你会得到每个工作表一个文件，而不是一个带选项卡的工作簿。
每个文件都可以按你的要求呈现
设计是你请求的一部分，因此同一对话中的两个文档可以看起来完全不同。
- 在提示中说明。“使用我们的品牌颜色。”“让它看起来像法律备忘录。”“衬线标题，两栏。”
- 默认是 Dropstone 的青色，应用于文档、图表和演示文稿，使一组文件看起来像一组。
- 演示文稿整体使用一种字体，从现代无衬线到编辑衬线。
- 电子表格采用一种样式：标题填充、条纹、边框、选项卡颜色、冻结列和总计行。
- 对于你每次都需要的内容，将其放入设置中的 Dropstone 说明。它适用于每个对话，所以你只需说一次。
文件的命名
文件以工件标题命名，按显示方式命名，你可以在下载前在面板标题中重命名。该名称将出现在你的下载文件夹中。
限制
- **一个 CSV 对应一个工作表。**将包含多个工作表的工作簿导出为 CSV 只会得到第一个，因为该格式没有地方存放第二个。请将工作表作为单独文件请求，每个文件会以各自的 CSV 形式到达，或者将工作簿作为 Excel (.xlsx) 获取，选项卡会保留在一个文件中。
- **PDF 是渲染副本。**它是页面外观的呈现，不是你可以编辑回的内容。如果你想稍后更改，请将工件保留在对话中。
- **你上传的文件是另一回事。**请参阅上传文件和文档。
