Dropstone 组织账单
组织的计费方式：在仪表板中购买和管理席位，并通过支付门户付款，或通过采购订单开具发票的企业协议。谁可以查看，以及发票存放的位置。

组织作为一个整体进行计费。组织内的个人无需为自己的使用付费，资金方面的信息仅对相关角色可见。
组织支付的两种方式
按席位，通过支付门户。 席位从仪表板购买和管理，卡片、发票和账单详细信息存放在您从那里打开的支付门户中。添加席位或在人员之间转移席位无需联系我们。
按发票，基于企业协议。 计费方式为发票或采购订单，而非卡片，依据与我们商定的条款进行。您的财务团队会收到可处理的文档，席位是协议的一部分，而非购物操作。
如果您不确定您的组织适用哪种方式，仪表板 中的“账单”部分会显示您组织的当前模式。
谁可以查看
账单角色和所有者。该角色仅涉及发票和席位，不涉及其他内容：它无法修改模型或连接器允许列表，这些属于不同类型的决策。请参阅 角色与权限。
数据在哪里
账单包含发票、席位和订阅信息。使用情况包含实际使用的内容：请求数、成本、令牌和缓存节省，按成员、模型和界面细分。
使用情况仅包含计数和成本，绝不包含任何人的工作内容。请参阅 关于每个请求记录的内容。
如果付款失败
当付款是原因时，组织会被暂停，所有人的请求都会暂停，直到问题解决。不会删除任何内容，付款完成后访问权限会立即恢复。阻止屏幕会指明具体是哪种情况——逾期发票或付款方式失败——因为解决方式不同。暂停也可能因其他原因设置，屏幕上显示的原因即为适用原因。
