Dropstone 組織管理ダッシュボード
組織ダッシュボードの各セクションの内容（メンバーとチームから利用状況、請求、ポリシー、監査ログ、会話アーカイブまで）と、誰がどの部分を閲覧できるかについて説明します。
組織は dropstone.io/org/<your-company> にあります。ここで組織が管理され、各人がここで見るものは、その人が何を要求するかではなく、その人のロールによって決まります。

最もよく質問される3つのセクション
利用状況 には、ロギング設定に関係なく、件数とコストのみが表示され、誰かの作業内容が表示されることはありません。すべてのリクエストについて記録される内容 を参照してください。
会話 はアーカイブであり、オーナーがコンテンツロギングをオンにしない限り空です。誰が読めるかは意図的に限定されています。会話アーカイブの読み取りとエクスポート を参照してください。
データ は、何を保持するかを決定する3つの設定が置かれている場所であり、それらへの変更はすべて監査ログに書き込まれます。組織がデータを管理する方法 を参照してください。
ブランディング
データ には ブランディング セクションがあり、オーナーが組織のマークをアップロードします。正方形のマークはボックス型の場所（サイドバー、アバター）用、横長のワードマークはライン型の場所（ヘッダー、メールバナー）用です。ロゴはコンソール全体で Dropstone マークを置き換え、招待メールとサインインページにも表示されます。
配置場所: 正方形のマークは、メンバーがサイドバーと設定で自分の名前の横に表示されるもので、ワードマークはコンソール上部で組織名の代わりに表示されます。
各スロットは使用できる形状のみを受け付けるため、1つの画像を2つのサイズで使用するのではなく、2つの画像になります。マークがアップロードされるまで、組織名のみが表示されます。
含まれないもの
自分自身の会話、ファイル、プライベートメモリ。これらは作成した本人に属し、ダッシュボードでは公開されません。唯一の例外はアーカイブで、組織が要求した場合にメンバーの会話を記録し、オーナー、セキュリティロール、監査人のみが読むことができます。
