組織ダッシュボード
組織ダッシュボードの各セクションに含まれる内容（メンバーとチームから、使用状況、請求、ポリシー、監査ログ、会話アーカイブまで）と、誰がどの部分を閲覧できるかについて説明します。
組織は dropstone.io/org/<your-company> にあります。ここで組織が管理され、各人がここで見るものは、その人が何を要求するかではなく、そのロールに依存します。
含まれるもの

最もよく質問される3つのセクション
使用状況 は、ロギング設定に関係なく、カウントとコストを表示し、誰の作業内容も表示しません。すべてのリクエストについて記録される内容 を参照してください。
会話 はアーカイブであり、オーナーがコンテンツロギングをオンにしない限り空です。これを読み取れる人は意図的に限定されています。会話アーカイブの読み取りとエクスポート を参照してください。
データ は、何を保持するかを決定する3つの設定が置かれている場所であり、それらへの変更はすべて監査ログに書き込まれます。組織がデータを管理する方法 を参照してください。
ブランディング
データ には ブランディング セクションがあり、オーナーが組織のマークをアップロードします。正方形のマークはボックス型の場所（サイドバー、アバター）用で、横長のワードマークはライン型の場所（ヘッダー、メールバナー）用です。ロゴはコンソール全体で Dropstone マークを置き換え、招待メールとサインインページにも表示されます。
配置場所：正方形のマークは、メンバーがサイドバーと設定で自分の名前の横に表示されるもので、ワードマークはコンソール上部の組織名の代わりに表示されます。
各スロットは、使用できる形状のみを受け付けるため、1つの画像を2つのサイズで使用するのではなく、2つの画像になります。マークがアップロードされるまで、組織名が単独で表示されます。
含まれないもの
自分自身の会話、ファイル、プライベートメモリ。これらはそれを作成した人に属し、ダッシュボードはそれらを公開しません。唯一の例外はアーカイブで、組織が要求した場合にメンバーの会話を記録し、オーナー、セキュリティロール、監査人のみが読み取れます。
