上傳檔案與文件
將 PDF、Word 文件、Excel 活頁簿、簡報、CSV、Markdown 和圖片附加到對話中。掃描的 PDF 會透過 OCR 讀取。支援的格式、限制，以及內容如何送達 Dropstone。
使用編輯器中的迴紋針附加檔案，或將檔案拖曳到對話中。Dropstone 會讀取檔案，你可以詢問相關內容、修改它，或從中建立新內容。

每個附加的檔案會以晶片形式顯示在編輯器中，並依類型編號：[PDF 1]、[Excel 1]、[Image 2]。你可以在訊息中以這種方式引用它們。
掃描的 PDF
如果 PDF 是掃描檔，或是沒有文字圖層的頁面影像，系統會使用光學字元辨識（OCR）來讀取。你可以像詢問其他文件一樣詢問它。最多會處理掃描文件的 30 頁。
檔案內容如何送達 Dropstone
文件格式會在傳送前轉換為文字，因此 Dropstone 是根據 Word 檔案或試算表的實際內容來運作，而不是根據其描述。試算表會保留其結構：工作表、列和欄，包括儲存格中的超連結。
圖片會以圖片形式傳送。Dropstone 可以讀取螢幕截圖中的文字、描述圖表，或根據設計稿進行工作。
你可以對附加檔案做什麼
- 詢問相關內容。 摘要它、從中提取數字、找出條款，或與其他附件進行比較。
- 修改它。 Word 文件或 Excel 活頁簿可以在原地編輯，並保留其格式。請參閱編輯附加的 Word 或 Excel 檔案。
- 從中建立新內容。 要求根據檔案中的內容建立 PDF、Word 文件、試算表或簡報。請參閱建立 PDF、Word、Excel 或 PowerPoint 檔案。
附件在對話的其餘部分都會保持可用，因此無需重新附加即可提出後續問題。
對話中的檔案與專案中的檔案
附加到訊息的檔案僅在該對話中可用。
上傳到專案的檔案在專案內的每個對話中都可使用，無需重新附加。對於你會回頭參考的資料，請將其放入專案中。
限制
每個檔案有大小限制，且單一對話的歷史記錄中同時可包含的圖片數量也有限制。如果達到任一限制，Dropstone 會告訴你是哪一個。對於包含大量螢幕截圖的對話，最舊的圖片會被擱置，以便對話可以繼續；如果 Dropstone 需要某張圖片，它會要求你重新附加。
隱私
上傳的檔案會與你的帳戶一起儲存，以便對話可以繼續使用它們。它們不屬於 Dropstone 的記憶範圍：它從檔案中學到的內容可能成為課程，但檔案本身不會。請參閱Dropstone 如何處理你的資料。
在無痕聊天中，附加的檔案僅用於該對話。
