使用 Dropstone 建立 PDF、Word、Excel 與 PowerPoint 檔案

每列的第一個格式是該類型內容的預設格式；其他格式則在需要時使用。
一個回覆產生多個檔案
一個請求可以產生多個檔案。要求三種版本的一頁式文件，你就會得到三個，每個都有各自的下載。當一個回覆包含多個檔案時，全部匯出為 zip 會將它們一起下載。
試算表也是如此：要求每個工作表一個 CSV，你就會得到每個工作表一個檔案，而不是一個含多個分頁的工作簿。
每個檔案都可以有你要的外觀
設計是你要求的一部分，所以同一個對話中的兩份文件可以看起來完全不同。
- 在提示中說明。「使用我們的品牌色。」「讓它看起來像法律備忘錄。」「襯線標題、雙欄。」
- 預設是 Dropstone 的青色，套用於文件、圖表和簡報，讓一組檔案看起來像一組。
- 簡報整體使用一種字型，從現代無襯線到編輯襯線皆可。
- 試算表採用一種樣式：標題填滿、條紋、邊框、分頁標籤顏色、凍結欄和總計列。
- 若要每次都要的設定，請在「設定」的「給 Dropstone 的指示」中設定。它會套用於每個對話，所以你只需說一次。
檔案名稱
檔案名稱以 artifact 的標題為準，如顯示所示，你可以在下載前於面板標題中重新命名。該名稱會出現在你的下載資料夾中。
限制
- 一個 CSV 就是一個工作表。 將含多個工作表的工作簿匯出為 CSV 只會得到第一個，因為該格式沒有地方放第二個。請將工作表要求為獨立檔案，每個就會以各自的 CSV 送達，或將工作簿以 Excel (.xlsx) 格式取得，分頁就會保留在同一個檔案中。
- PDF 是渲染後的副本。 它是頁面當時的樣貌，不是可以回頭編輯的內容。若之後想修改，請保留對話中的 artifact。
- 你上傳的檔案是另一回事。 請參閱上傳檔案與文件。
