조직 청구
조직이 어떻게 청구되는지: 대시보드에서 구매하고 관리하며 결제 포털을 통해 지불하는 시트, 또는 구매 주문으로 청구되는 엔터프라이즈 계약. 누가 볼 수 있는지, 그리고 인보이스가 어디에 저장되는지.
조직은 조직 단위로 청구됩니다. 조직 내 개인은 자신의 사용에 대해 비용을 지불하지 않으며, 결제 관련 사항은 이를 확인해야 하는 역할에게만 공개됩니다.
조직이 비용을 지불하는 두 가지 방식
시트 단위, 결제 포털을 통해. 시트는 대시보드에서 구매하고 관리하며, 카드, 인보이스, 청구 세부 정보는 대시보드에서 열 수 있는 결제 포털에 저장됩니다. 시트를 추가하거나 사람 간에 이동하는 것은 저희에게 연락할 필요가 없습니다.
인보이스 단위, 엔터프라이즈 계약으로. 청구는 카드가 아닌 인보이스 또는 구매 주문으로 이루어지며, 저희와 합의한 조건에 따라 진행됩니다. 재무팀은 처리할 수 있는 문서를 받게 되며, 시트는 쇼핑 행위가 아닌 계약의 일부입니다.

누가 볼 수 있는지
청구 역할과 소유자입니다. 이 역할은 인보이스와 시트에만 관련되며 그 외에는 아무것도 다루지 않습니다. 모델이나 커넥터 허용 목록에는 접근할 수 없으며, 이는 다른 종류의 결정입니다. 역할 및 권한을 참조하세요.
숫자가 어디에 있는지
청구에는 인보이스, 시트, 구독이 포함됩니다. 사용량에는 실제로 사용된 것, 즉 요청, 비용, 토큰, 캐시 절감액이 구성원, 모델, 표면별로 세분화되어 포함됩니다.
사용량은 수치와 비용뿐이며, 누구의 작업 내용도 포함하지 않습니다. 모든 요청에 대해 기록되는 내용을 참조하세요.
결제가 실패하는 경우
결제가 원인인 경우 조직은 정지되며, 해결될 때까지 모든 사람의 요청이 일시 중지됩니다. 아무것도 삭제되지 않으며, 결제가 완료되는 즉시 접근이 복구됩니다. 차단 화면에는 연체 인보이스인지 결제 수단 실패인지 두 가지 중 어떤 것이 원인인지 표시되는데, 해결 방법이 다르기 때문입니다. 정지는 다른 이유로도 설정될 수 있으며, 표시된 이유가 실제 적용되는 이유입니다.
