共有チャットで管理者が確認できる内容
共有会話では、所有者がアクティビティログを開いて、誰が参加したか、誰が閲覧したか、誰が何を送信したか、誰がコメントしたか、何が変更されたか、いつ変更されたかを確認できます。記録される内容と、記録されない内容について説明します。

共有会話では、所有者は管理者と表示され、その他の参加者は編集者または閲覧者となります。管理者はPeopleを開き、Activityページ（そのチャットで発生した出来事のログ）を確認できます。
ログに記録される内容
イベントごとに1行、新しい順に表示され、それぞれの人物と時刻が記載されます：

引用部分は短い抜粋で、メッセージ全体ではなく冒頭の言葉です。ログは何が起こったかの記録であり、会話の複製ではありません。
記録されない内容
- ハイライト。 文章をマークしても、それ自体はエントリになりません。ハイライトにメモが添えられている場合、そのメモはコメントとして表示されます。
- タグとラベル。 これらは記録されません。
- メッセージの編集。 自分のメッセージを編集してもエントリにはなりません。トラッカーの変更は記録されます。トラッカーはチャットの共有オブジェクトであり、個人のメッセージではないためです。
誰が確認できるか
管理者のみです。 編集者と閲覧者はログを表示せずに会話を進め、Activityページは彼らには一切表示されません。
共有チャットの全員は、読んでいる時点で誰が何を言ったかをすでに確認できます。メッセージには作者が、コメントには帰属が、ハイライトには色と作者が表示されます。ログは、トランスクリプトには表示されないイベント（誰がいつチャットを開いたか、誰がロールを変更したか、誰が削除されたか、トラッカーで何が変更されたか）を追加します。
