人们最常问的三个部分
用量 显示计数和成本，绝不显示任何人工作的内容，无论日志记录设置如何。请参阅 关于每个请求记录了什么。
对话 是存档，除非所有者开启内容日志记录，否则它是空的。谁能读取它被刻意限制得很窄。请参阅 读取和导出对话存档。
数据 是决定保留内容的三个设置所在之处，对它们的每次更改都会写入审计日志。请参阅 组织如何管理其数据。
品牌标识
数据 包含一个 品牌标识 部分，所有者在此上传组织的标识：一个方形标记用于方框位置（侧边栏、头像），一个横向文字标记用于线形位置（页眉、电子邮件横幅）。你的徽标将替换整个控制台中的 Dropstone 标记，并出现在邀请电子邮件和你的登录页面上。
它们的位置：方形标记是成员在侧边栏和设置中自己名字旁边看到的，文字标记则代表组织名称显示在控制台顶部。
每个位置只接受它能使用的形状，所以是两张图片，而不是一张图片的两种尺寸。在上传标记之前，组织名称会单独显示。
其中不包含什么
你自己的对话、你的文件和你的私人记忆。这些属于创建它们的人，仪表板不会暴露它们。唯一的例外是存档，当组织要求时，它会记录成员对话，并且只有所有者、安全角色和审计员可以读取。
