답변이나 공유된 채팅을 신고하려면 어떻게 하나요?
Dropstone에 문제가 있음을 알리는 두 가지 경로: 내 채팅의 모든 답변 아래에 있는 엄지손가락 아래로(선택적 문제 유형 및 세부 정보 포함)와 계정이 필요 없는 공유 채팅 링크의 신고 버튼입니다. 각각 무엇을 보내고 누가 읽는지 설명합니다.
두 가지 경로가 있으며, 각각 다른 곳으로 전달됩니다.
내 채팅의 답변. 모든 답변 아래에는 Bad response로 표시된 엄지손가락 아래로 버튼이 있습니다. 이를 선택하면 짧은 양식이 열립니다: 선택적 문제 유형과 선택적 세부 정보 입력란입니다. 문제 유형에는 Overactive refusal, Not factually correct, Did not fully follow my request, Report content, Not in keeping with Dropstone's guidelines가 포함됩니다. 양식에는 제출 시 무엇이 전송되는지 명시되어 있습니다: 답변뿐만 아니라 전체 대화가 모델 개선을 위해 전송됩니다. 같은 엄지손가락을 다시 선택하면 평가가 취소됩니다.
공유된 채팅. 공개 링크에는 계정 없이 사용할 수 있는 Report 버튼이 있으며, 저작권 및 상표권 침해, 아동 안전, 사기, 이용약관 위반 등의 사유가 포함됩니다. 이는 이메일로 우리 팀에 전달됩니다. 대화 공유에 단계가 나와 있습니다.
