관리자가 공유 Dropstone 채팅에서 볼 수 있는 것
공유 대화에서 소유자는 활동 로그를 열고 누가 참여했는지, 누가 열람했는지, 누가 무엇을 보냈는지, 누가 댓글을 달았는지, 무엇이 변경되었는지, 그리고 언제인지 확인할 수 있습니다. 기록되는 내용과 기록되지 않는 내용을 설명합니다.
Available onFreeProMaxEnterprise채팅의 모든 참여자는 각자 자신의 계정으로 로그인합니다.
공유 대화에서 소유자는 Admin으로 표시되고, 다른 참여자는 Editors 또는 Viewers로 표시됩니다. Admin은 People을 열고 Activity 페이지, 즉 해당 채팅에서 발생한 일에 대한 로그를 읽을 수 있습니다.
로그가 기록하는 내용
이벤트당 한 줄씩, 최신순으로 표시되며 각 항목에는 사람 이름과 시간이 표시됩니다:

따옴표로 표시된 부분은 전체 메시지가 아닌 시작 부분의 짧은 요약입니다. 로그는 대화의 복사본이 아니라 발생한 일에 대한 기록입니다.
기록되지 않는 내용
- 하이라이트. 구절을 표시하는 것은 별도의 항목이 되지 않습니다. 하이라이트에 메모가 포함된 경우 해당 메모는 댓글로 표시됩니다.
- 태그와 라벨. 여기에는 어떤 것도 기록되지 않습니다.
- 메시지 수정. 자신의 메시지를 수정하는 것은 항목이 되지 않습니다. 트래커의 변경은 항목이 됩니다. 트래커는 한 사람의 메시지가 아니라 채팅의 공유 객체이기 때문입니다.
누가 볼 수 있는가
Admin만 볼 수 있습니다. Editors와 viewers는 로그를 보지 않고 대화에서 작업하며, Activity 페이지는 그들에게 전혀 표시되지 않습니다.
공유 채팅의 모든 참여자는 이미 읽는 동안 누가 무엇을 말했는지 확인할 수 있습니다. 메시지에는 작성자가 표시되고, 댓글은 작성자가 명시되며, 하이라이트에는 색상과 작성자가 표시됩니다. 로그는 대화 내용에는 보이지 않는 이벤트, 즉 누가 언제 채팅을 열었는지, 누가 역할을 변경했는지, 누가 제거되었는지, 트래커에서 무엇이 변경되었는지를 추가로 제공합니다.
