回報 Dropstone 回覆或分享的對話
兩種向 Dropstone 回報問題的方式：在您自己的對話中，任何回覆下方都有倒讚按鈕，可選擇問題類型並填寫詳細資訊；以及分享對話連結上的「回報」按鈕，無需帳號即可使用。說明每種方式會傳送什麼內容，以及由誰審閱。
有兩種途徑，且會送往不同的地方。
您自己對話中的回覆。 每個回覆下方都有一個倒讚按鈕，標示為 Bad response。選擇它會開啟一個簡短表單：可選的問題類型，以及可選的詳細資訊欄位。問題類型包括 Overactive refusal、Not factually correct、Did not fully follow my request、Report content 和 Not in keeping with Dropstone's guidelines。表單會說明提交時傳送的內容：整個對話，而不只是該則回覆，用於改善模型。再次選擇同一個倒讚按鈕會取消評分。
分享的對話。 公開連結帶有 Report 按鈕，無需帳號即可使用，原因包括版權和商標侵權、兒童安全、詐欺，以及違反條款。它會透過電子郵件送達我們的團隊。分享對話 中有相關步驟。
您的意見回饋會與您的帳號綁定，這樣我們才能跟進處理。無痕對話不提供倒讚按鈕：意見回饋會附帶對話副本，而無痕對話不會被保留。請參閱 無痕對話。
